Clearcreek Township Safety Town Volunteer Application 2026

Volunteers must be 12 years of age or older and must vounteer to work a minimum of one week (must be available for the entire duration of the chosen class) and attend all 5 days. If you are 18 and over you must contact the Clearcreek Township Police Department to set up a time to get fingerprinted. You may volunteer for more than one class. An email will be sent to the email address entered in this form to confirm your approved volunteer dates, general responsibilities, and guidelines for Safety Town.

If you are chosen you will be required to attend orientation to go over expectations and rules for Safety Town as well as help build the Safety Town Village. Orientation will be held on Friday, June 12th from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Five Points Elementary School. A reminder will be sent 6 to 7 days prior to your selected registration.

If you have any questions or need to check availability please contact Clearcreek Township Police Department at 937-748-1267 Opt 0 from 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday. Volunteers ages 18 and older will need a background check/fingerprinting which will be done at no cost to you. The background check will be completed at the Clearcreek Township Police Department.
