Open Scholarships Awards are now for need and merit-based applications. Awards are applied to individual courses only and range from $400-1000 depending upon the course.
At AAB, we are trying to keep our courses fees and housing costs for AAB students as low as possible. However, it is still a financial burden for some. Through the generosity of donors, AAB is fortunate to be able to provide scholarship opportunities to students. These scholarships are awarded to both new students and students who have attended AAB before. Successful applicants represent a broad range of students, particularly younger individuals and those from other countries for whom coming to AAB creates a financial burden.
Amounts awarded are $400-600 for tuition for a one-week class and $600-1000 tuition for a two-week course. Open Scholarship Awards will be decided by a group made up of AAB instructors, AAB staff, and the Ah Haa Executive Director. The amount awarded is based on the quality of your application and the number of students applying.
Please fill out the information on this application and submit it as soon as possible. The first round of open scholarship applications is due on March 18, 2022. The first announcement of awards will be sent out on April 1, 2022. If you apply after April 1, 2022, and if there is money available, you will be notified within two weeks after your application is received.
