Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by May 5, 2023

Event Date: Thursday May 11th thru Saturday May 13th

Location: Jacksonville Rodeo Arena 936 Mulberry St. Jacksoville, TX 75766

Vendor Set-Up: 4pm to 5:30 pm Setup must be completed and vehicles moved by 5:30pm Gates will open at 6pm.

Vendors Space:

10' X 10' booth space - $50 per night (Lots 1-18)

10' x 20' booth space - $100 per night (Lots 19-25)

Rules and regulations:

1. Vendor/exhibitor is responsible for canopy, backdrop, tables, chairs, etc. Limited electricity available.

2. Collection and remittance of Texas sales tax is the vendor's/exhibitor's responsiblity.

3. NO FOOD OR DRINK may be sold at vendor booths.

4. Vehicles are not allowed in booth arena except during set-up or takedown times. (setup 4pm - 5:30pm) Takedown starts 30 minutes AFTER rodeo ends)

5. Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for removing all trash and materials from booth area.

6. Vendor/Exhibitor must conduct all activities within their assigned booth area and may not sell or distribute materials in other rodeo grounds area.
