Rules and regulations:
1. Vendor/exhibitor is responsible for canopy, backdrop, tables, chairs, etc. Limited electricity available.
2. Collection and remittance of Texas sales tax is the vendor's/exhibitor's responsiblity.
3. NO FOOD OR DRINK may be sold at vendor booths.
4. Vehicles are not allowed in booth arena except during set-up or takedown times. (setup 4pm - 5:30pm) Takedown starts 30 minutes AFTER rodeo ends)
5. Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for removing all trash and materials from booth area.
6. Vendor/Exhibitor must conduct all activities within their assigned booth area and may not sell or distribute materials in other rodeo grounds area.
