    2025 Rodeo May 8, 9, 10 - Gate/Vendors open at 6pm & Rodeo Starts 7pm Nightly
  • Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by May 2, 2025

    Event Date: Thursday May 8th thru Saturday May 10th

    Location: Jacksonville Rodeo Arena 936 Mulberry St. Jacksoville, TX 75766

    Vendor Set-Up: Outdoor setup. Each night 3:30pm to 5:00pm Setup must be completed and vehicles moved by 5:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    Vendor area is outside of the arena fenced area and no security is available.

  • Rules and regulations:

    1. Vendor/exhibitor is responsible for security, canopy, backdrop, tables, chairs, booth lights, etc. 

    2. Collection and remittance of Texas sales tax is the vendor's/exhibitor's responsiblity. 

    3. NO FOOD OR DRINK may be sold at vendor booths. 

    4. Vehicles are not allowed in booth arena except during set-up or takedown times. (setup 3:30pm - 5:00pm) Takedown starts 30 minutes AFTER rodeo ends)

    5. Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for removing all trash and materials from booth area. 

    6. Vendor/Exhibitor must conduct all activities within their assigned booth area and may not sell or distribute materials in other rodeo grounds area.
