Deposit & Cancellation Information
A 50% deposit of your total tuition is due once you have been accepted into the course or courses of your choice. You will receive an email with a link for your deposit payment at that time. This payment will secure your placement in the course.
The remaining balance of your tuition will be due 45 days prior to the scheduled course date. If you are staying in student housing, your housing payment will be due at this time as well. An email link for payment will be sent to you for these final payments.
Tuition payment is non-refundable 45 days prior to the scheduled course date. Payment is refunded in full for cancellations prior to 45 days, minus a $150 administration fee. A $100 fee will be applied when transferring funds to a different class from your original registration.
