Extensions date back to 3400 BC in Egypt, for generations we have been using them to boost our confidence and change our looks. In the last 10 years they have been redesigned to create more volume and / or length with both comfort and versatility. They're meant to be lightweight, secure, and balanced.

This questionnaire is the first step in starting your extension journey. After completion I will determine the methods I think would best for you & your hair. Rest assured I use only high quality, Remy, silicone free, ethically sourced human hair. I have been trained and certified in each method and continue to receive extended education to insure that I can give you the most updated versions that come along with them.

General Price Estimates for installations are included at the end of this questionnare, although this is a luxury service there are other lines of hair I can offer at a lower price and lower quality (not bad quality just not luxury) so don't be deterred from your dream hair by prices. There are too many brands, methods, and lengths to include here so you'll just have to trust that I can give you amazing hair at a realistic price.

Other Considerations Are you allergic or sensitive to any adhesives, metals, or hair/skin products? Are you currently taking any medication that has side effects that can cause hair thinning and/or hair loss? Do you have thyroid issues? Or vitamin deficiency issues? Do you have now, or have had in the past, any problems with hair loss (shedding, breakage, balding, alopecia, thinning hairline, psoriasis of the scalp, eczema on the scalp, etc)? PRICING:

Your exact pricing will be determined during your in person consultation. This should only take about 30 minutes. Pricing includes the cost of hair, the installation, color to your hair or the extensions to blend (if necessary), cut and style.

The day of installation you will receive a first time gift package including shampoo, conditioner, oil, clips, hair ties and a brush. You will also receive a guide on how to maintain your new hair and keep it shiny and new.

2-3 Packs = VOLUME. 5-9 Packs = LENGTH + VOLUME $40/Pack

One Row = VOLUME only. Two or Three Rows = LENGTH + VOLUME. Unless you have an extremely thick head of hair, it is rare to go beyond two rows. $145/Row

In some cases multiple methods may be needed to achieve a full but natural look.

The total cost of the hair is due upon booking and will typically range from $425-$5,000 depending on quality, length, and amount of packs needed to achieve the inspiration. This will secure your appointment.

IN CASE OF RESCHEDULING: I understand life happens. Both our time and money are important. In the event you have to reschedule, your initial appointment, I am able to reschedule one time. After one rescheduled appointment there will be a $100 retainer to schedule that will not be applied to the total cost of the appointment.
