WARRANTY CLAUSE

If this product should become defective within seven (7) days, we will provide outright replacement of the unit free of charge.

Please be guided by the warranty coverage of each brand:

UV Care: One (1) year service and spare parts warranty with three (3) months warranty for the UVC lamp

59S: One (1) year service warranty outright replacement for units with factory defects.

Eluxgo: One (1) year service and spare parts warranty

Maximus: Five (5) years motor warranty. One (1) year for other parts.

Lead time for repair is 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Intech Group Innovations Corp. should no longer be held liable for unclaimed units beyond six (6) months.*
