    Please note that in order for WCTV to make decisions, we require the following information no less than 6-8 weeks prior to the date of your event. With heavy demands on WCTV’s inventory for broadcast and digital, this timeframe allows WCTV to determine if and how we can best help support your organization and event. WCTV endeavors to give back as much of our promotional time as possible to help our community. To partner or sponsor, WCTV must be considered as the exclusive television station partner for your event.
