2022 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in vending with us in Downtown Hopewell!

In 2022, we will be organizing the following street fests:
- (4) "Third Thursday" street festivals from 5-8pm on June 16th, July 21st, August 18th, September 15th
- (1) "Harvest Ween" street festival in late October. TBD.
- (1) "Winter Festival" as part of Rec & Parks event "Light Up the Night" on December 4th
Not all applications will be accepted to participate. Depending on space, competition, and congruency with the theme of the event, vendors will be contacted with instructions and a liability waiver once approved to participate. If you are not a farmer or producer, you must be prepared to submit a copy of your active business license.

The cost to participate is $20 if you pay in advance and $25 if you pay the day of the event. Payment details will be shared once approved to participate.
