This covers the whole weekender, there are no day or evening passes.

Only for locals who live and can prove with Utility Bill withing TEN MILES of Warmwell.

VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS IF YOU WANT TO PARK ONSITE

EVERY CAR in "YOUR BOOKING" MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE FROM SEPTEMBER 2022.

A LINK WILL BE SENT TO YOU.

All cars must be registered online during those three months.

YOU WILL BE SENT A LINK ON 1ST SEPTEMBER 2022.

THREE STAGES OF REGISTRATIONS.

REGISTERED IN SEPTEMBER 2022 Free parking each car.

From October 1st-31st 2022 £5 per car. (late bookers get 3 days to book for free)

From November 1st to November 10th 2022 £15 per car. (late bookers get 3 days to book for free).

After this and Non Registered cars fee is £20 per car on arrival.

IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT AND PAY THE £20 CAR CHARGE ON ARRIVAL SUBJECT TO SPACE ON THE DAY, STATE "OPT OUT" and then state in next box how many vehicles/cars you are reserving, subject to availability on the day. You have to park in the village 800 metres away if you miss registering. It is policy that every car/vehicle on site is registered and forms part of your conditions of booking

Deposits of £50pp are required to secure your lodge/place

Balances due by 19/8/22

All bookings made after 19/8/22, full payment is due on Invoice.

Why not get holiday insurance to cover you in case you are unable to attend this event or otherwise this confirms you accept in full the MJRoc T & C's.

Once you've SUBMITTED this booking form (and not before), you should get a automatic confirmation its been sent. We will Invoice you within 48 hours (unless in peak periods during or after an event that has just ended), so if you have not heard from us, please call. Its rare for an email to go astray but lets not take chances, call or email us. Check office hours.
