Terms

All the information given on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Best Academy has my permission to use my child’s photograph publicly to promote the institution. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Refund Policy

Parents who wish to cancel their registration within five days of paying tuition, but before the first class, are entitled to a full refund, excluding the $45.00 application processing fee and 3% of the credit card bill amount if you paid using a credit card. Refunds will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving notice of cancellation. No cancellation or refund will be allowed after five days of registration date. No refund/credit will be given for days missed due to natural disasters, which may include power outage of the building, and for personal reasons such as vacation or sickness. There is a $25 return check fee, $20 declined credit card fee, and $40 ACH rejection fee. Parents registering their student(s) are agreeing with the notion that they will keep their students registered even if Best Academy is unable to open Summer Camp in-person due to Govener's COVID-19 restrictions. No refunds will be made.

Early bird II rates are only available until April 15, 2023. No exceptions.
