Best Academy will provide hybrid classes/tutoring during the summer 2022. Students can choose and attend classes/tutoring either in-person or online. In-person students may join their class(es) online with prior notice if they can't attend classes in person.

If you registered our class virtualy or our virtual only class, the class is conducted 100% live, in real-time. We will never ask you to watch a video and figure things our on your own. Our online format is very close to an in-person teaching method. All students must keep their cameras on during the entire class time, per our school policy.

All students enrolling for Summer 2022 are required to take the Exam before the first day of classes. All the information given on this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Best Academy has my permission to use my child’s photograph publicly to promote the institution. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Refund Policy

Registration cancellation is permitted only through 06/01/22. We will refund the amount you paid excluding the $45.00 registration processing fee and 3% of the credit card bill amount if you paid using a credit card. Cancelling after 06/01/22 will result in a 50% tuition refund and no refund will be given after the start of the class. No refund/credit will be given for days missed due to natural disasters, which may include power outage of the building, and for personal reasons such as vacation or sickness. Refunds will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving notice of cancellation.

There is a $25 return check fee, $20 declined credit card fee, and $40 ACH rejection fee.

Camera Policy for Online Students

All students who join our classes online must keep their cameras on during the entire class time, per our school policy.
