    Thank you for joining us Season 2022! We enjoy being a venue where you can connect with the community and share information about your mission and seek involvement.

    Completed applications must be submitted to the Seaside Farmers Market Manager and are accepted for consideration on a first-come/first-served basis. Determining factors are space and equipment availability for the requested date. All spaces accommodate a 10 X 10 canopy. Weights, 25 lbs per leg are required as it gets windy at times. We will provide these if available and/or if you are using our canopy. We have a limited supply, so we may not have availability if all of our canopies are being used that day.

  • Seaside Farmers Market - Reservation & Payment:

    Setup: 12:00 PM to 1:55 PM

    Market Open: 2 PM to 6 PM

    Tear Down: 6:00 PM - You must stay until 6 and you must leave your booth intact until 6 PM. Please ensure that anyone who is occupying the booth that day knows these rules.

  • WEEKLY RESERVATION: Space is free for Non-Profits providing information only.

  • Cancellation/Reschedule: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate if you could let us know at the latest by 9 AM the day of the market. If you run into something that keeps you from coming after that point, please contact us before 1 PM so that we can pull down your tent without disrupting the market. We are trying to keep the market visually appealing to enhance the opportunities for others who are onsite.

  • Parking: Designated parking is in the grassy area on the North side of the Sunset Recreation Center (Initial) Parking lot. Some exceptions may apply if approved by the Market Manager.

    Seaside Farmers Market - Non-Profit Agreement

    I have read and agree to abide by all Market rules as indicated on this application as well as all applicable laws, codes, and regulations, and to comply with the decisions of the Market Manager. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sunset Empire Park and Recreation District and all partners with Sunset Empire Park and Recreation District, and their employees, representatives, and agents from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies, and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at the Market. Your space must be set up and visually appealing from 2:00 PM until the market closes at 6:00 PM. If anyone, vendor, or Non-Profit starts dismantling their tent early that these actions may negatively impact the sales of vendors in close proximity to the booth. This generally creates a domino effect of other vendors starting to tear down early. I/we agree to keep the market visually attractive and to support the market and our neighbors by leaving our space intact until 6:00 pm.
