7 Step to Overcoming Anxiety
A 7 Step Formula that has allowed me, and over 100 clients, to overcome anxiety to create our own version of more. There is so much more than this...
FIRST, A LITTLE ABOUT ME...High Functioning Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Alcohol Dependency, insomnia, People Pleasing and Abusive Relationships
were all the physical, symptomatic responses of me not knowing how to navigate my Mindset
IT HAD TO GET REALLY BAD BEFORE I CHOSE TO CHANGE
Notice how I use the word 'chose' here (this blew my mind too!). Stick with me here...
Traditional therapies and established practises didn't work for me - being able to 'see' and 'talk you through' my challenges made them feel more tormenting. I learned to meditate. And I got really blooming good - but I was waiting for a spiritually enlightening moment to come and take-away my heavy load; to reveal my 'purpose'. Business Coaching showed me how to make a lot of money - but it only added to my anxieties and insecurities.
It was through an amalgamation of these three practises that I developed my own unique approach to actually Overcome Anxiety in 7 Steps
With this work, I created a Life-changing Mindset in itsy bitsy steps. I transformed my world. And not I teach others how to do the same.
I'm so glad you're here. Thank you. I'd be SUPER grateful for any help or insight you're able to gift me around each of these 7 areas, and how they show-up in your life, please:
The more information I can get, the more powerful I can make this work (that's why there is optional space after each question for any additional reflections)
STEP 1: Do you find that you have overwhelming and distracting thoughts which disturb your capacity to truly be centered in the moment of right now?
*
This is not a problem in my life, at all
This can prove to be somewhat problematic
This causes me more problems that I'd like it to
This is a very challenging part of my everyday life
Do you have any helpful additional thoughts, reflections or personal experiences which you think might be helpful to share here?
STEP 2: Do you feel that you live a lot of your life from the space of conscious awareness and choice or do you find yourself at the mercy of high levels of emotions - being 'triggered' by a lot of what's happening externally?
*
I am incredibly emotionally intelligent, and almost never triggered by anything in my external environment
My emotional intelligence is something I work hard on and I can recognise and control what could be potentially triggering responses
Although I am somewhat aware of when I'm feeling triggered, it feels like there is very little I am able to do about it.
I find my emotions to be unpredictable and I spend a lot of my time feeling out of control with my emotions
Do you have any helpful additional thoughts, reflections or personal experiences which you think might be helpful to share here?
STEP 3: Do you give yourself a hard time, and judge yourself harshly more often than making time to celebrate yourself and congratulate yourself (even for seemingly teeny things)?
*
I make ample time to celebrate my own brilliance and I am my biggest cheerleader
I can make time to celebrate myself, although this isn't something tightly embedded into my routine
I know I 'should' celebrate myself more but I find it challenging and I measure myself a little too harshly, a little too often
I hardly ever congratulate or celebrate myself and I always judge myself harshly
Do you have any helpful additional thoughts, reflections or personal experiences which you think might be helpful to share here?
STEP 4: How easy do you find it to feel grateful for what you already have, instead of wishing for more and hoping that your answers lie there?
*
I embody gratitude and know that whatever is meant for me will find its way
Gratitude is a regular part of my practise although I can get a little distracted with hoping my answer lie outside of this moment
I find it challenging to feel gratitude because I am often planning-out what is to come and miss the moment of right now
I KNOW that I have things that I 'should' feel grateful for but I find being able to do this, very challenging
Do you have any helpful additional thoughts, reflections or personal experiences which you think might be helpful to share here?
STEP 5: How comfortable do you feel allowing yourself to feel emotions?
*
I embrace any and every emotion and allow it to move through me - and pass-on - without any judgement
I allow my emotions to flow but there are some situations where I find it a little more challenging and I can feel a little more resistance
I can sometimes allow my emotions to flow but this does not feel comfortable for me
I know that I have pent-up emotions which need to come out but I feel like if I do, and let the lid off Pandora's box, then I won't know what to do with it all (and it might be too overwhelming). My answer is to hold onto the emotions insead
Do you have any helpful additional thoughts, reflections or personal experiences which you think might be helpful to share here?
STEP 6: How often do you use breathwork as part of your daily practise?
*
Breathwork is the bread and butter of my life - I'm a meditation master!
I often use breathwork to help me to navigate challenging situations
I sometimes use breathwork but I can also forget sometimes
When I am feeling overwhelmed, breathwork is the last thing I can think about
Do you have any helpful additional thoughts, reflections or personal experiences which you think might be helpful to share here?
STEP 7: Do you feel a deep-seated need to 'control' and 'understand' everything?
*
I am the master of surrender - I let it all flow however it's meant to and never try to get in the way
I am pretty good at surrendering although there are times when I can feel the need to want to control outcomes
I find the art of surrender challenging but I am noticing when I have opportunities to practise it
I like to control and understand everything in my life which makes my plates feel super full a lot of the time
Do you have any helpful additional thoughts, reflections or personal experiences which you think might be helpful to share here?
As I moved through my own practical step-by-step way to heal and grow into who I am today (the best and brightest version of me), I cured myself of Anxiety - as I did this, all of the other symptoms disappeared too and life has become INCREDIBLE!
Now, I teach this work to others (I've Coached over 100 people in the past year) and the results that they're created have been astonishing. 100+ completely different and uniquely glorious versions of the best and brightest version of them.
If you're feeling ready to dip your toe into the waters of anxious free opportunities and expansion. Or if you're already on a journey and you'd like to begin to explore something completely new and unique then you're in the right place.

I am completing this only to be helpful and give Emma feedback - I have no interest in working on my Mindset right now and would do not want to receive any personalised feedback on what I have shared.
I would love for Emma to meditate on my answers and to share a free personalised video and worksheet on my answers - working on my Mindset is a priority to me right now.
