Seasonal Site Application
This is an application to become a Seasonal at Tilleda Falls Campground. This application does not guarantee a site. Cost of site starts at $2000 plus tax and goes up based on site type. The seasonal agreement runs from April 15 through October 15. Seasonals have access to their site all year round if they are renewing their site for the following season. The seasonal site is for you, your spouse, and your minor children (under 18). All your visitors must register and pay the daily visitor fee. No more than two dogs per site and they must be always kept on a visible leash. Seasonals are required to have a 300-gallon black holding tank (we sell for $450 plus tax). Seasonals are responsible for signing up for a pumpout when needed. Pumpouts are $25 and signup required by Sundays. Each seasonal site has its own electric meter which is billed out three times a year(April, July, and October). Seasonal pays KWH usage and a $5 monthly meter fee. One 6x8plastic/prefabricated sheds are allowed. Seasonals can build a deck no longer than 2/3 length of the camper and no wider than the width of the camper. No fences or additional buildings allowed.
