All markets will be held at Wicked Fit, 1504 30th St., San Diego 92102. 11:00 - 3:00 PM
Booth Cost: $65 (single market)
Space is limited as there is a maximum number of vendors we can accept for each event. There are spots both inside and outside, and you may request either but are not guaranteed as we curate the market based on the vendors attending. Inside spots are generally 6ft x 4ft, outside spots can generally accomodate a 10ft x 10ft tent (with a few umbrella spots available). No booth sharing. Maps with vendor spots will be emailed the week of the market.
Vendor Requirements:
Vendors must bring own supplies including tables, table clothes that reach the floor, chairs, displays, pop up tent (if you are outside), etc. Set up time is staged with two load-in times (9:00am and 10:05am). You will be emailed the week of with your load-in time and vendor space/map. You should be ready to sell by 11am. Vendors must not take down their booth any earlier than 3pm.
Vendor Loading & Parking:
You may park and/or double park outside of Wicked Fit to unload. Parking is free all over the neighborhood. Please do not park blocking driveways or in Kemp Homeopathic parking on the side of the building.
Sharing on Social Media:
All vendors are expected to post and share about the market on their social media accounts. Each post and share helps to get the community excited for the event. This is where the MAGIC happens! Marketing materials will be provided upon acceptance, and ‘easy to share’ Instagram stories will be posted in the week leading up to the event. Let’s all do our part to share, promote and advertise the event!
Professional Photography (when available):
As part of your participation in the market, all vendors will receive a gallery of professional photos you can use to market your business after the event.
Payment:
Payment is due upon receipt of acceptance email into the market, and no later than 36 hours after receiving it. If your payment is not received, you will lose you place and another vendor will be offered your place. Refunds will not be made if you choose to not attend.
Cancellation:
In the event that South Park Shop Local should cancel a market, due to unforeseen circumstances, the vendor payment may be used as a credit toward a rescheduled date or another event. No refunds will be made. If for any reason you need to cancel, you forfeit your vendor fee. If you no-show to a market, you will not be considered for future markets.
