CDS Summer Camp Application (Explorers - 3 years to Kindergarten)
Please use this form to sign up your campers who are 3 years old to Kindergarten age. If your child is not in this age range, please select the Adventurers (18 mos. - 3 years) or the Voyagers (ages 6 to 10 years old) application forms.

Please fill in the required fields completely and select your registration options. This form does not collect any payment information. This form is an application for a spot at Chesterfield Day School's summer camp, and we cannot guarantee that a spot will be available for everyone who fills out this form.

Once a place at camp has been confirmed for your child, you will receive an emailed link to a secure payment portal where you will pay the amount due. The payment portal accepts all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards. You will also be notified as early as possible if we are unable to give your child a place at camp.
