  • Thanks for your interest in vending at the High Sierra Music Festival. We will jury your application amongst others in your category. We give preference to handcrafted (non-import) items. Please review the following information carefully, and fill out the application below.

    PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT DATES:

    • Application deadline: Monday, March 28, 2022. Late Applications will not be accepted.
    • Notifications will be sent via email by April 25th, 2022.
    • Payments due May 16th, 2022 (or the vendor space will be forfeited).

    Booth size: 3 booth sizes are available based on your retail space footprint.  Fees are based on retail booth size:

    10 x 10  $999
    10 w x 20 d  $1200
    20 x 20 (very limited number available)  $2200
    Premium corner add-on fee  $200
    24 hr (10 x 20)

    Roaming

    $450

    Passes: Two adult 4-day passes plus one on-site vehicle pass are included with your booth. Up to two additional 4-day passes are available per booth for $270.75. Additional passes must be purchased with booth. Children 5 - 12 are $65 for four days (available for purchase). Ages 4 & under are free.

    Camping: You may camp in the space located behind your booth.

    Parking: You will be allowed one vehicle pass to park behind your booth (or near the booth if box truck/rv/oversize vehicle). Once vehicles are on the festival grounds, they must stay parked for the duration of the festival. Any additional vehicles will require purchasing on-site vehicle passes.

    Electricity: *Limited* electricity is included in your vendor fee; we ask that electrical usage be limited to only what is required to operate your booth. Electricity should not be used for camping or extraneous items. Maximum Electricity allowance per vendor is 120v, 20amps. We recommend bringing 100’ of outdoor electrical extension cord. Power will be supplied by a generator that will be on during vending hours. It will be turned off at night after the music meadow closes for the night.

    Roaming Vendors:  Roaming vendor are intended for mobile vendors who are not stationary, and have their own display cart.  Include a picture of your cart at the bottom of the application.  Roaming vendor fee DOES NOT include your entry into the festival.  It does include a parking pass and vendor credential.

     

    Covid 19:  As we all know this is a moving target at this time. We will be following State guidelines at the time of the festival. More details will be available as we get closer.
