    When you book an appointment at Cove Collective, that time is designated just for you. As a reminder, you're not just booking a service, you're booking a specific amount of time with a stylist. By making a reservation, you will be responsible for the time and service you booked, even if you choose to get a service of lesser time/value.

    Cove Collective stives to be on time. Our goal is to respect your time and keep all appointments on schedule. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services so your tardiness does not affect punctual clients. We do our best to accommodate all of our guests, but we ask to please let us know if you are going to be late. If your artist needs to reschedule all or part of your scheduled appointment(s) because you were late, you will be subject to our cancellation policy. Late fees may apply if you are late. If we are running a few minutes behind, we will do our best to contact you in advance and make accommodations. Violating this policy will result in the cancellation of all future scheduled appointments.

    When you book an appointment at Cove Collective, that time is designated just for you. We ask for a 48 hour notification (72 hours for appointments that are 4 hours or more) in the event of a cancellation so we can fill your spot with a guest on our wait list. In the event your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a 100% rebooking fee before being able to reserve your next appointment. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment on our online booking system up to 48 hours before the start time of your appointment. Violating this policy will result in the cancellation of all future scheduled appointments.*If you are giving us less than 48 hours notice, your appointment(s) must be cancelled or rescheduled directly through your stylist via text or phone call only.

    If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, we will charge a 50% rebooking fee and require a new deposit be put down. If you choose to not show up to your appointment with no notification, you will be charged a 100% rebooking fee and pay a larger deposit (of $125) before being able to reserve your next appointment. If you no-show 3x, we will no longer take you as a guest. Violating this policy will result in the cancellation of all future scheduled appointments.

    All guests are required to pay a $75 deposit at the time you reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your first appointment. If you need to reschedule, the amount will transfer to your new appointment, however you may only reschedule one time before the amount is forfeited. All schedule changes must be made a minimum of 24 hours (48 for extensions or any appointment lasting more than 4 hours) in advance or you will be subject to our cancellation policy. Failure to pay a deposit will result in services not being scheduled. All deposits are non-refundable.

    The staff at Cove Collective love children. However, we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. We understand that you expect and deserve the best experience possible during your time with us. Most of our services last a minimum of one hour or more and many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal pampering time. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, mirrors, etc). For their safety and the comfort of our guests trying to relax, children under the age of 13 are not permitted on our salon floor and may not wait in the salon. Please respect this policy and accept our appreciation for your understanding. If you violate this policy, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be subject to our cancellation policy. If bringing a child is absolutely necessary please let your stylist know so they can make proper accommodations and take you after hours.

    As licensed professionals, it is our first priority to make sure your hair is safe and healthy. It may take multiple appointments to achieve your desired end result. No service guarantees blonde results. If two sessions are needed in one appointment (time permitting), the second session will be an additional cost. We will suggest any service that will benefit your hair. Vivid shades fade with each wash.

    All prices are base prices and may shift based on hair length, density, amount of product used. Pricing for color is $85/hr, color correction is $125/hr.

    We want you to feel your best! If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within seven days of your appointment and we will be more than happy to make any adjustments. Studio 105 / Colored by Kayla redo policy has the following criteria: Recommended products must have been purchased and used after the initial appointment to ensure proper at-home care if significant fading has occurred, including (at minimum) shampoo and conditioner for any chemical services. Any other redo’s are case by case basis. Color Corrections do not receive redo’s. Refunds are not given for services, multiple appointments are sometimes needed to achieve end goal.
