Wade Center Museum and Bookshop Visit Request

We look forward to your visit to the Wade Center! Please complete the form below and our staff will contact you by email or phone regarding the availability of your requested date and time during regular visiting hours.

Tours are available between 10:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Please allow our staff at least 24 hours to respond to your visit request, and be sure to visit the Hours & Closures webpage for our visiting hours.

Visitor parking: is located in the lot on the east side of Washington St.

Educators: School groups should schedule at least 3 weeks in advance of your visit. For Primary through High School Groups the Wade Centers offers a presentation on C.S. Lewis and a museum scavenger hunt, which together take approximately 1 hr. Please have at least 1 adult chaperone present for every 5 students, and have these groups assigned to chaparones prior to your visit. School Group visits can be scheduled between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Clyde S. Kilby Reading Room: If you are interested in conducting research or reserving time for casual reading in our Reading Room, which is available by separate appointment only. Please email wade@wheaton.edu and your inquiry will be forwarded on to our archival staff. You are also encouraged to visit our Reading Room Appointments webpage for more information.
