Application for New Membership
Membership Requirements:
- A candidate must be an amateur and sponsored by a member
- He must be 55-years old when he plays in an SOS tournament
- He must have a proven record in USGA, National, International, Professional, or City/State (Allied Golf Association) tournaments
- He must have a USGA handicap index of three (3) or less
- He must be a gentleman who respects the traditions and rules of golf
- To be considered for Full Membership, the applicant must have a minimum of 75 points, with 30 of those points coming from USGA/National events.
- Associate Membership Program - The Board of Governors has approved a new Associate Membership program created for competitive players that may not meet the 75-point minimum required for traditional membership. Associate Members will have access to the same Member Benefits, but must wait to sign up for events after registration has been open for one week.
As part of this application process, payment information for $300 will be collected, but you will only be charged if your membership is approved.

If approved, your $300 payment will cover first year's dues.

- Applicant must have qualified for event listed. Qualifying results do not count. Please include Championship finish results.
- Better-Ball (Four-Ball), Team, College, Junior tournaments, club championships, or one day events/outings are not accepted.
