Late Fee: if you are more than 10 mins late there is a $10 late fee. if you are 15mins+ late, your appointment may be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to book.

LATE ARRIVAL: There is a 15 mins grace period, if after 20 mins, & no heads up, your appointment will be canceled + labeled as a “no show”. A payment in full will be required prior to booking a new appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL PT 2: if you are going to be late, please let us know to see if you can still be accommodated. Sometimes we are booked back to back and in cases such as these, we may not be able to accommodate you and your appointment may be cancelled.
