Important Event Information:
* Vendors must provide their own tent or trailer
* Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs for their booth
* Electric is available onsite
* Vendors must have tent weighted down to protect the tent from high winds - vendors are responsible for any damage that is caused by tents and/or other items in booth not being properly secured or weighted down

Set Up Times: Thursday, May 19th from 9am to 4pm. Must have vehicles off the field no later than 4pm.

Breakdown Times: Saturday, May 21st at 10pm or Sunday, May 22nd from 8am to Noon

Event Times:
Thursday, May 19th - 5pm to 10pm
Friday, May 20th - 3pm to 8pm
Saturday, May 21st - 11am to 10pm

Security - there will be security onsite every night from 10pm to 7am

Vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled 100% of vendor fee will be refunded.
