About PRISM!
PRISM is a platform of arts education provider profiles. Arts organizations, teaching artists, and community partners who provide programming in arts education are invited to complete the form below to be added to the directory! PRISM will be available on the Arts Collab's website where users can filter and search for arts education providers in our area. To be eligble, programs must provide arts education to students within Jefferson County, Alabama and be based in Jefferson or Shelby County. Thanks for being a part of our arts education community!
Directions
Each organization or teaching artist will have one profile. Please complete the fields below highlighting and considering all the work you do across your arts education programs and initiatives. You may skip any question that is not required. Please use this form to ONLY highlight the programs you offer in arts education including programs for schools, programs for youth, or adult classes. Please do not include programs or initiatives outside of arts education. The Arts Collab reserves the right to not post submissions that do not fit the spirit of PRISM. Make sure that all information is entered exactly as you'd like it to appear and without errors.
