Be creative with what you chose to write. You could write a poem, something with a personal voice, or something more formal. If you're stuck, start by answering the following questions: 1) What kind of artwork is going to be shared? What is it made from? 2) What are you curious about or exploring through your art? This text can be submitted at a later date (if you are having trouble), should your submission be selected.

Choose 1 - 3 artwork images that are connected to your exhibition. These are for promotional use and to support your application. Please make sure all files are saved with full name of the artist who made the work in the file name.

Terms of Submission

IT IS A CONDITION OF EXHIBITING IN THE GALLERY TO AGREE:

The Learning Connexion (TLC) does not accept responsibility for any damage caused to, or loss of artworks.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to install & deinstall their artworks, or make their own arrangements for this to occur.
The exhibitor must provide full & correct artwork details for the catalogue by the deadline. Only work listed in the catalogue will be included in the exhibition.
All artwork sales that occur over exhibition period are to be processed by TLC. Exhibitors receive 80% of the sale price. TLC receives a 20% commission.
Photos & details of artworks may be used by TLC for promotion & documentation.
TLC may, as part of its Risk Assessment, decide to exclude work at any point if:
- The artwork poses a physical risk to audiences.
- It is perceived as an endorsement of racist, homophobic, transphobic, or sexist messaging.
- It is perceived as cultural appropriation
- The work contains explicit material that could psychologically impact visitors.
