Payment is made separately from this regitration form and is made by etransfer to firstname.lastname@example.org
When we receive your registration form, we will contact you by email to confirm that we have received it. We will let you know what class dates and times are available. Please do not send payment until we have contacted you. After we contact you and confirm that you are available for the specified class, you can send your etranser. Please use the security question "What is my puppy/dog's name". Please include on the etransfer the date and time of the class.
Payment is required to guarantee a spot in a class. Once payment is received you will be sent a confirmation email.
There are no refunds after the first class has started.
