Investment & No-Refund Policy

The fee for a Featured Men of Vision Podcast Guest spot on the Men of Vision Podcast is an investment in strategic partnership. Due to the significant time commitment and resources allocated for pre-production, marketing, and scheduling with Dwayne Roberts, all payments are non-refundable.

Once your application is approved and payment is processed, we immediately begin the process of preparing your feature, and the fee is considered earned.

Reschedule Policy (One-Time Exception)

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen conflicts can occur. We offer a one-time complimentary rescheduling exception under the following conditions:

Notice: You must notify our team via email at least 72 hours before your originally scheduled recording date.
New Date: We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable recording time within 60 days of the original date.
Failure to provide 72 hours' notice or a second request to reschedule will result in the forfeiture of your paid investment, and a new payment will be required to book a future slot.

Podcast Guest Disclosure Agreement

This Podcast Guest Disclosure Agreement is made between the podcast host, Dwayne Roberts (the "Host"), and the podcast guest ________________________ (the "Guest") for the Guest's appearance on the podcast titled "Men of Vision Podcast" (the "Podcast").

1. Content Ownership and Usage

The Guest acknowledges and agrees that Dwayne Roberts is and shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the audio and video recordings of the Guest's appearance on the Podcast (the "Content"), including all copyrights and any other intellectual property rights worldwide.

The Host shall have the right to edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use the Content in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, promotion, advertising, and commercial use.
The Guest waives any right to inspect or approve the finished Content or the advertising or promotional materials that may be used in connection therewith.
The Guest confirms they have no ownership interest in the Content created during or as a result of their appearance on the Podcast.
2. Compensation and Financial Waiver

The Guest acknowledges and agrees that their participation in the Podcast is voluntary and provided as a courtesy and for promotional purposes.

The Guest shall receive no monetary compensation for their appearance on the Podcast, including, but not limited to, residuals, royalties, fees, or any other financial remuneration. Booking fee paid by the guest is non-refundable.

The Guest expressly waives and releases the Host, Dwayne Roberts, and any associated parties, including distributors and advertisers, from any and all claims for payment, residuals, royalties, fees, or any other financial compensation arising from the use of the Content.
This waiver applies regardless of the financial success or commercial exploitation of the Podcast or the Content.
3. Guest Signature

By appearing on the Podcast, the Guest affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Disclosure Agreement and voluntarily consent to all terms herein.
