CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of your event. In order to effectively manage availability for our customers, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any date change requests or cancellations within 48 hours of your event date ARE NOT eligible for a refund and you forfeit any deposit made.

GUESTS COUNT: To provide the best quality of service, you will adhere to the guest max listed per VIP section. Any additional guests are welcome to come party with you in your space after doors open for the Day Party portion of brunch (cover charge will apply).

AGE REQUIREMENT: All attendees are at least 21 years of age. For safety and security, please upload a photo of a valid, non-expired driver's license or government issued ID (ex. Passport, state ID, military ID are valid. Paper IDs, temporary IDs, copies, electronic versions, or expired IDs of ANY KIND will NOT be accepted). ID upload must match cardholder paying deposit. Card holder must also be present day of event as well.
