• General Manager Performance Evaluation

  • Estimated time to complete 30-60 min.

     

    This evaluation is to be completed by Area Supervisors at least once per quarter, with thier General Managers.

    The purpose of these evaluations are for the Area Supervisor to discuss the following with the GM - actionable items to improve, one on one time to discuss the direction of the store, areas for opportunity, etc.

    Another Leadership Team member may be present for these evaluations as well

A - above and beyond (would be challenging to do any better than they already do) B - above average C - average (what you would expect out of an AM at their level) D - below average F - rarely exhibits this behavior, needs improvement.

    This section asks for 3 specific goals. 2 goals should be work related, it could be career development and training, or more store metric driven, the other goal can be a personal one. Please make sure all store related goals are Specific, Measurable, Reasonable, Achievable, and Timely (SMART). These should be considered separately from the store's POA, and should be more long-term goals (3 periods or longer)
