You’ve Booked the Booze Van, Now What...

What Does LD Need From Me?
$300 fee
The fee for booking the booze van is $300. This helps cover our costs and expenses and makes it possible for us to continue being available for events like yours.
Promotion Help
We ask that all our booking partners help us advertise the date of the event. We make it easy by sending you a menu and an image you can use to promote at least a few weeks beforehand. There are so many ways to spread the word and gather a crowd. Facebook, instagram, facebook event pages, neighborhood apps, emails, flyers, word of mouth, neighborhood text threads, you name it.
Try sending out an initial announcement and then closer to the date increase interest by posting, sending reminders and encouraging people to attend.
Details on Set Up
Please send us an email with any special instructions on parking and the general lay of the land. We prefer to work directly from the van for outdoor events. For indoor events we may need help finding available fixtures such as sinks.
Cancellations
In the event of rain, snow or extreme temperatures, we may need to cancel. Therefore, please make sure you send us your phone number so we can contact you.
