Free 30-minute Coaching ConsultationConsultations are an important aspect of any new coaching engagement. This is where you can observe if I am a good fit for your coaching needs, AND if the Life Coach believes that she is a good fit for the client.

One 1-hour Coaching Session One 1 hour coaching session is ideal for the client who has a keen idea of what they want, but just needs a little intuitive coaching to help them "figure" out next steps. The answers are always within, and the Coach is available to bring the answers out.

3 Monthly Coaching Sessions The monthly coaching package is ideal for the client who wishes to take his/her time to get to the root of the matter.

Self Discovery SessionsThe Self Discovery Session is for the client who wishes to meet with the Life Coach for 30 minutes to decode life decisions. These are short sessions that help the client gain footing and perspective. Minimum of 2 per month.
