  • Recommendation Letter

    Letter can be from a current or former teacher, guidance counselor, mentor, supervisor, employer, co-worker, religious leader, or coach. You may submit up to TWO additional letters of recommendation. Letters cannot be written by relatives. Letters must include name, email, phone number and relationship to applicant as well as answers to the questions below:

    • What characteristics, both personal and academic, will make this candidate stand out?
    • What would you consider to be the applicant’s strengths and weaknesses, including concerns about the ability or motivation of the applicant?
    • Please describe why you think this candidate asked you to speak on their behalf.

    Applicants agree to be available for the duration of the internship period and complete their agreed upon hours.

    This is an unpaid internship with no expectation of compensation. The internship does not entitle, nor guarantee, the intern employment at the conclusion of the internship.

    The Heritage Museum will work with the intern to complete all necessary forms to receive credit, but the intern is responsible for making all appropriate arrangements with their school.
