Agreement Notice:
This agreement will be binding only when it has been fully completed, signed, and dated by the student and an authorized representative of the school prior to the time instruction begins.
Changes to Agreement Notice:
Any changes in the agreement will not be binding on either the student or the school unless such changes are acknowledged in writing by an authorized representative of the school and by the student, or student’s parent or guardian if he/she is a minor.
Course Refund Policy:
A formal refund request must be emailed to registrar@protrain.edu.
Refunds for courses are only given under the following circumstances:
- A full refund if a student withdraws before the first day of class or the school cancels the class, and;
- A seventy – five percent (75%) refund (minus a non-refundable $575 registration fee) if the student withdraws on or before completing at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the total program in which the student is enrolled.
As of this publication, ProTrain College does not have Title IV funds. Should this status change, the institution will adhere to all Return to Title IV (R2T4) policies as is discussed in: https://fsapartners.ed.gov/knowledge-center/fsa-handbook/2020-2021/vol5/ch1-withdrawals-and-return-title-iv-funds
Notification of Student Record Release:
It is the policy of ProTrain College not to release educational or financial information to anyone other than the student if the student is age 18 or older. For students under the age of 18, the educational and financial information can be released to the student and/or the student’s parent or guardian. In order for ProTrain to release information to anyone other than the student (parent/guardian if student is under 18), ProTrain must have written consent from the student (parent/guardian if under age 18) to do so. The student (or parent/guardian if student is under age 18) must complete the Student Information Release Form.
Unlawful Harassment Policy:
ProTrain College is committed to the policy that all members of the school’s community, including its faculty, students, and staff, have the right to be free from sexual harassment by any other member of the school’s community. Should a student feel that he/she has been sexually harassed, the student should immediately inform the President. Sexual harassment refers to, among other things, sexual conduct that is unwelcome, offensive, or undesirable to the recipient, including unwanted sexual advances.
Release of National Exam Information and Employment Information:
ProTrain College is required by Middle States to track student program completion, exam results, job placement and salary range of their students. Student agrees to communicate with institution during their studies, exam results, employment, and salary range. Should a student fail to provide this information, ProTrain understands that the student has chosen another pathway and the student agrees to sign a release indicating they are no longer seeking employment in the field of their program.
Certification:
I certify that I have read and understand all policies contained in school catalog including the refund policy above and in the copy of the school catalog that I have received, and that I am entitled to an exact copy of this enrollment agreement, the school catalog, and any other papers that I sign. Your digital signature on this agreement indicates that you have read and understand its terms and any literature that you have received from ProTrain College, and you believe that you are able to benefit from the program of your choice.
Required Processing Paperwork to be enrolled in program:
- Student has received the entire catalog
- Student has read catalog and been informed of all policies.
- Student has provided high school transcripts or equivalent, or a ATB test.
- Student has taken the assessment tool and results are on file.
- Student has signed the enrollment agreement.
- Student has made payment arrangements.
