Please complete my pre-consultation form so I can learn all about your hair and make sure I am the right fit for your hair goals. Because everyone's hair is unique, this allows me to be prepared as I can be for your service. My goal is to make sure your hair stays healthy and happy during our service and until your next visit. 1. Text 2-3 clear photos to 719.347.1978 of your current hair with the front, back, and a side profile picture in the most natural indirect light possible, no filters. No bathrooms or kitchen lighting please. In front of a window or on covered patio is best. Please have someone else take the photos so I can see your hair in its entirety.
2. Text 1-3 inspiration pictures of your goal/dream hair color & haircut preferences. Pinterest is great for current and on-trend hair photos. Since we are just meeting, I prefer a snapshot of your style and color preferences. This will help me to determine how much time we will need for our first session and give you a rough estimate of how many sessions it may take to achieve your goal. You can also include 2 pictures of what you don’t want.
3. Please arrive at your color service appointment with clean, dry hair to ensure optimal color penetration and longevity of your new color.

Any additional information you think I should know about your hair?
A credit card is required in order to reserve an appointment for all clients. This ensures a respected time frame for cancellations and missed appointments in Tracy's schedule, giving her time to offer a cancelled appointment spot to another guest. You can cancel or rebook any scheduled appointment up to 48 hours before your booked appointment, no charges will be made. Anytime within the 48 hour period to your appointment you will be charged up to 100% total of the booked appointment price. Continued cancellations will result in the removal from her schedule permanently. No-shows will not be re-booked.

In the event that you are running more than 15 minutes late, with no communication, you will be billed 100% of the entire service, and you will be asked to reschedule out of respect for my other clients. I reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

*** For all color services, please come with clean, dry hair. Color takes best on clean hair with minimal product. ***

I understand that depending on the color service scheduled, to secure the appointment I may be required to pay a non refundable deposit. This deposit will be collected at the time of booking and applied towards my service the day of the appointment. (If you need to reschedule, I will honor your deposit towards a new appointment ONE time. If you are to reschedule more than once or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited and you will have to submit another deposit when rebooking)*
