PH TRAVEL RT-PCR TEST SUBSIDY FOR QUALIFIED DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL TOURISTS AND BALIKBAYANS is a joint partnership among the Department of Tourism (DOT) through the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), Jose B. Lingad (JBL) Memorial Regional Hospital and Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), in cooperation with Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) Corp. as part of the marketing recovery program, Safe Bangon Turismo, to subsidize the RT-PCR test costs for the revival of the Philippine tourism industry. This subsidy is open to all Filipinos and foreigners residing in Central Luzon. This is also open to all international tourists and balikbayans with inbound flights through Clark International Airport

Applicant failed to provide a valid Philippine Government Issued ID such as Driver’s license, Passport, PRC license, PhilPost ID, UMID, SSS, Voter’s ID, TIN ID, PhilHealth ID, Senior Citizen ID and Alien Certificate Registration ID Card or Secondary ID such as Student ID, Birth Certificate, NBI Clearance. Documents provided are unclear and/or unreadable. Subsidy program does not include Locally Stranded Individual (LSI), Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs), Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). Destination is currently not accepting leisure tourists.
