Description of Needed Help:
The event is scheduled for March 20, 2022, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Volunteers

Event Agenda (Tenatative):
6:00a - 7:30a: Event Set up

7:30a - 8:00a: Event Check-in
8:00a - 9:50a: Assemble in Multipurpose Room/Cafeteria and/or Gym (Presentations: Financial Literacy, etc.)

Children will rotate between 6 different Activity Stations.

Session #1: 10:00a - 10:50a
Session #2: 11:00a - 11:50p
LUNCH BREAK: 12:00p - 12:30p: Lunch
Session #3: 12:30p - 1:20p
Session #4: 1:30p - 2:20p
Session #5: 2:30p - 3:20p
Session #6: 3:30p - 4:20p

4:30p - 5:00p: Assemble: End of Event Presentation

5:00p - 6:00p: Event Clean-up

Each volunteer will be assigned to an Activity Station to help aid in the best event possible.

Event Setup Team: Volunteers must arrive by 6:00 am.

Event Clean-up Team: Volunteers must arrive by 4:00 pm.

Security/Medical: (This would require an experienced person)

Guest Services: Parking, Guides, Facility Supplies, Bathroom Attendant

Check-in: Assist with volunteers and children/parent check-in. Volunteers must arrive by 7:00 am.

Station 1: Location: Assembly area: Multi-purpose room/Cafeteria; Activity: Beginning/End of Day Presentations, Streaming Movies/Overflow, Lunch Area

Station 2: Location: Cafeteria Annex; Activity: Cashflow Team Challenge. 

Station 3: Location: Courtyard/Amphitheater; Activity: Metaverse/NFTs

Station 4: Location: Outdoor Basketball Court/Recess Area: Activity: Bitcoin Basketball

Station 5: Location: Computer Lab/Theater Room: Activity: Trading
