Thank you so much for your interest in our dance class. For the class series Sept 14 - Dec 7, 2023, we will require proof of COVID vaccination. Dancers are encouraged to mask (details below) inside the Arden Gild Hall.

If you registered for the Spring 2023 class series and submitted your vaccine card, you do not need to submit again. This picture will not be saved, but your submission will be noted. If you don't want to upload the picture, you may arrange to show me your form in person before attending class.
