比賽說明  About the contest

我們將會從申請名單中，選出20名潛力選手參與第一輪競賽。請使用所收到的Lumina 和羊，創作出一道Lumina料理，並提供料理照片和設計理念簡述。將於線上進行全球進行公開票選(50%)和特邀專業評審評分(50%)，擇優選出三名獲得贊助於您所工作的餐廳舉辦Lumina餐會作為決賽挑戰，最終獲勝者將贏得LUMINA紐西蘭探索之旅。

20 potential contestants will be selected to participate in the 1st round of challenge. The contestants have to create a dish with the chosen Lumina cut, and provide photos and description of your creation. The scoring mechanism will be a combination of 50% public online voting + 50% professional judging panel. Top ３contestants of 1st round will get a sponsorship to hold a Lumina lunch/dinner event at the restaurants you work at as the final round competition. The final winner will receive a trip to New Zealand for the Lumina Discovery Tour!!!

報名資格 ENTRY CRITERIA

• 您現職必須為主廚、副主廚、領班。
• 您所任職的餐廳必須位於聯馥食品配送地區(台灣本島)。
• 您必須年滿18歲。
• 因為終決賽獎品暫定為紐西蘭之旅(視疫情決定)，您需持有有效護照和簽證。
• You must be one of the following Head chef, Sous chef or Chef de partie.
• You may only enter if you have a restaurant(s) / or work at a restaurant based within the Gourmet’s Partner delivery areas.
• You must be 18 years old from the challenge start date or older.
• You must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions (to be able to travel to New Zealand if you win).
• You must have a valid visa to be able to travel to New Zealand at the time of travel.
