Code Section Ann.59-32-30(B)), the Health Advisory Committee ("HAC") operates under the authority and guidance of the Beaufort County School District Board of Education("the Board"). As such, HAC members are selected by, and answerable to, the Board. The HAC will review curriculum material to present to the Board.
