    All fosters have a completed interview and home visit with a designated Camp Papillon Pet Adoption and Rescue staff prior to placement as a foster. All fosters must read and comprehend our Foster Guidelines and Responsibilities, Hold Harmless Agreement, Volunteer Manual and FAQ documentation as part of their volunteer/foster experience. The information on this form will help us to find the most satisfying and appropriate animal for you. Once you complete the form, please print and sign the Volunteer Agreement and the Hold Harmless Agreement. Please have these documents available at your home visit, if you do not have a printer please let the volunteer that contacts you know. If you are under the age of 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must fill out this application and the attached agreements.
