RE: Fire Safety Code Registration

The Monroe Fire District 1 Fire Prevention Bureau is the local enforcing agency for the statewide Uniform Fire Safety Code pursuant to Public Law 1983 (N.J.S.A. 52:27d-192).

Registration is required under this law of certain building uses or businesses. It is also imperative for the township to have all contact information in the event of an emergency.
