    Please complete the details in the form below which will be processed for your laptop voucher, after reading the terms and conditions sent to the school by MoEY. All members of the academic staff are eligible to receive a laptop, to include the following: New Teachers via new post, All other teachers that did not benefit in phases 1 – 3 irrespective of years of service, Principals, Vice Principals, Guidance Counsellors, Deans of Discipline, HFLE Teachers and APSE Coaches.

    The recipient understands that: The device is being assigned to enable full participation in the teaching and learning environment. The laptop is being assigned to the recipient for the life of the device. However, if the recipient leaves the profession before five (5) years after receiving the device, it must be returned to the principal of the school. In the event that the recipient resigns from the school but remains in the public education system the device may be retained; however, he/she must present the offer letter to the principal of the school that they are leaving. The recipient will have the option to select a laptop device of their choice in-line with the value of the voucher at an approved vendor as outlined in the MoEY List of Approved Vendors. If a laptop is redeemed at a lower value than the voucher ($85,000.00) no money will be returned to the recipient. If a laptop is selected that costs more than the value of the voucher ($85,000.00) then the recipient will be responsible for the difference. 
  • Data Protection Act (DPA) Notice

    The personal data shared will be used by e-Learning Jamaica Company Ltd. exclusively for the provision of a device by the GoJ and the provision of warranty support for a period of one year after purchase. We also use other organisations to process the data provided to carry out services on our behalf. They generate and process vouchers, as well as provide devices based on specified minimum criteria, and are bound by confidentiality agreements. Where we use a third party, we ensure that your personal data is protected as far as is reasonably possible. eLearning Jamaica complies with the data protection act (DPA) of Jamaica. Under the DPA you have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold on you and the right to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in that data. If you have concerns about how we have used your personal data, you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner. We will keep your information for a period of up to 7 years and/or after all obligations end.
