Employee Committee Scholarship

Our Colquitt Regional Employee Committee sponsors scholarship that will be given to a graduating high school senior.
To be considered for this scholarship, candidates must be
- A dependent child of a current employee of Colquitt Regional Medical Center or themselves be a current employee.
- A graduating high school senior.
- Attending a state of Georgia accredited college.
- Able to submit the employee committee a copy of the acceptance letter from the college they chose to attend before receiving the scholarship.
Candidate must submit:
- High school transcript
- SAT or ACT scores
- Completed application
- Two letters of reference from an education and/or community resource.
- 500 or less word essay on any special needs, activities and plan for the future.
