Our aim is to facilitate you to train as much as possible for as long as possible. CrossFit training is flexible to allow us to work around injuries. Once we know your details we can advise you with the appropriate scaling options for movements in class.
Please note internal injuries or conditions matter also, such as Pelvic Floor Health. If you have any symptoms of a weak pelvic floor (i.e. leaking during high impact or pressure in the pelvic area) do let us know.
A Pelvic Floor Health Physio Assessment is advised to be sought so we know exactly what we are dealing with and can work around / improve this area.
