Please ENSURE all item(s) to be exchanged are in AS NEW; UNWORN & UNWASHED condition with no marks or obvious lint/hair etc and have only been tried on over clean underwear with tags intact if applicable.
Items received not meeting the above criteria WILL NOT be eligable for exchange and any postal costs to return them will be at buyers cost.

Option 1: Once your exchange is recieved it will be checked to ensure it meets our guidelines and then new sizing will be reship at our cost.

Please note: If returning mulitple items or a bundle, please just send the items for exchange (no need to return silk bag or gifts).
Menstrual products are NON RETURNABLE under Australian Government Guidelines due to thier nature - as such we do not offer refunds (with the exception of one pair of underwear for first time customers under our 40 day Try N See*).
