Thank you for considering Spotlight Events for your next event. We are a luxury balloon, backdrop and Bounce House company here to fulfill your event dreams! We cannot wait to make your special day EXTRA! *This form will serve as an official contract between "the client" (name below) and Spotlight Events. *50% nonrefundable deposit and completed contract is required to secure your order. *If the client cancels the order the deposit is nonrefundable but can be applied to another future event. *Final 50% payment is due by the day of the event. *In the unlikely event that damage to any Spotlight Events property, items or products occurs as a result of the client or any guest of the client; the client agrees to reimburse the cost of the damage to Spotlight Events. *Client agrees to ensure that Spotlight Events will have access to a parking spot and the venue 2 hrs in advance of the event in order to setup properly. *Payment accepted through Zelle 980-636-3078, Venmo @spotlightevents or Cash
