Type of data processed: ZeLIG processes personal identification data collected by means of this form, which is necessary for the establishment of communications between ZeLIG and the interested party.
Aims of data processing and legal authority: ZeLIG processes personal data for the purposes of internal organization of your participation in ZeLIG’s training activities and administrative procedures, with regard to taxation and accounting in relation to goods and services provided. Providing required data and your agreement to the processing thereof is mandatory; it allows ZeLIG and all interested parties to achieve the aims stated above. Opting not to provide required data and/or failure to agree to the processing thereof disqualifies interested parties from engaging in transactions or other intercourse with ZeLIG. Personal data is processed by ZeLIG staff and collaborators under express authorization, through hard-copy and electronic systems, exclusively for the purposes of ZeLIG’s institutional activities and/or with regard to the above-stated aims of data processing.
Legitimate interest of a controller: The email address provided during the registration process may be used to provide you with up-to-date information on our courses and events. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of the relevant data at any time by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.

Outsourced personnel, i.e., persons and external structures with whom ZeLIG collaborates, whose services are of a purely functional nature. They may include offices, businesses and firms that perform legally required tasks in areas such as administration, accounting and taxation, as well as IT services including apps, newsletters, etc.
Third-party subjects,i.e., agencies and administrative centers to whom communication of processed personal data is mandatory. These include public administration and auditing entities, as well as those concerned with financing and the regulatory sector, etc.

Transfer to non-EU countries: No processed personal data may be transferred outside the European Union.
Duration of personal data storage: The length of time personal data may be stored depends on requirements regarding the processing of said data. All personal data collected by ZeLIG shall be stored for a period of time that is within those limits guaranteed by law.
As far as the mailing of our newsletter is concerned, personal data will be stored until interested parties opt to no longer receive said newsletter, by following the procedure described in the newsletter’s footer.
