Per ACOEM's Policy Manual, Resolutions must be submitted no later than four weeks before the next House of Delegates Meeting, which will be held Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm CT at AOHC 2026 in Chicago, IL.

Resolutions to be considered at the Spring 2026 House of Delegates Meeting must be submited no later than Saturday, March 21, 2026 (11:45 pm CT).
