I voluntarily employee Frederick Family Dog Training for training services. I understand there are no refunds for any payments for services. I understand lessons purchased expire one year after purchase date. I understand that it is my responsibility to schedule any training appointments, and failure to do so within the expiration time frame results in forfeitng services and payments.

I understand that behavior is not static; an animal will not continue to perform even trained behaviors without ongoing practice. Especially involving any types of aggression or anxiety, (although behavior may be modified), the dog is never considered “cured”. A pet’s behavior is ultimately the owner’s responsibility. Frederick Family Dog Training will make every reasonable effort to help us attain goals but makes no guarantees of performance on the part of Client or pet as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation.
