    Eligibility for this application:

    • Female
    • High school senior
    • Minimum 2.5 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
    • Texas resident
    • If selected, you will need to provide proof of enrollment into a college or university to receive scholarship funds. (Proof of enrollment is not necessary to apply. Only recipients will need to verify enrollment.)

    Please have the following items prepared before beginning this application.  You will need to submit these items in order to submit the completed application, and applications cannot be saved to return to later:

    • Official Transcript
    • List of any awards or honors received
    • List of work experiences, volunteer experiences, and ministry involvement
    • Resume (1 page, digital upload) (optional) 
    • Letter of Recommendation (sent separately by recommender)
    • Personal Statement response to the following prompt:
      • “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline,” (Acts 20:24).

         In NO MORE THAN 500 WORDS, write about a time where you exhibited power, love, and self-discipline in the face of fear. Be sure to describe how you felt God at work during that time.
