PROVISIONS
WPD will provide each performer with the following:• Access to 4 Wireless Microphones• Surround speaker system• 3 Channels to Soundboard with XLR or 1⁄4 inch input• 2 outlets for electricity• 2.5 Minutes for setup (Performer must be fully prepare to present within 2.5 minutes)• 2.5 Minutes for takedown (Performer must be fully off stage within 2.5 minutes)Any music that needs to be played during your performance must be uploaded as an MP3 file by 8/2/2025. Memory Card or USB sticks may be dropped off at the CRC (100 Community Boulevard, Wheeling) in mp3 format by 8/2/2025. Each file must be clearly labeled and numbered. DJ reserves the right to cut performance short at any time to keep the flow of the event and ensure the agreed start and end times are followed. A short bio will be read by the MC/DJ the day of the event, and will be published on the event website and print materials prior and during the event. Please provide a short bio of your organization and the type of performance you will be performing.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT: I understand that upon submittal of form I acknowledge that they will be the property of the Wheeling Park District to be used for performance selection and marketing purposes. Further the Wheeling Park District assumes no liability for submitted materials. I understand selection to participate at the event is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the selection committee. Peformances will be based on completed application entries that best exemplify Wheeling’s cultural diversity. Applicant hereby fully releases and discharges the Wheeling Park District, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims from injuries including death, damages or loss, which he/she or the organization or company they represent may have or which may accrue to them in connection with the International Festival to be held August 10, 2025. Applicant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Wheeling Park District, their officers, agents and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and losses, but not limited to the general public, which may arise or may be alleged to have arisen out of, or in connection with the International Festival to be held on August 10, 2025.
